It’s catalyzed by a course (Life and Health Insurance Law) being taught at the University of Houston Law Center during fall 2008 by Professor Seth J. Chandler. Professor Chandler is likely to be the lead contributor but his students are strongly encouraged to contribute as well, both through original entries and comments.
